I started bluefrog-media for two reasons...

First, to be able to financially support my growing family without having to sacrifice spending time with them. I traded in a nine hour a day job working for someone else plus a three-hour commute so I could actually watch my five beautiful children grow up and be a part of their lives. Being a father is very important to me, and I wanted to make a positive difference in my kids lives.

I also wanted to see and spend time with my wonderful wife. Being gone 12+ hours each day was doing nothing good for our marriage. Things had to change, and starting my own freelance design firm was the answer.

Second, I started bluefrog-media because I am a firm believer in providing clients with personal, timely and friendly media design service. Simply being a good media designer is not enough. Including the client in the process is vital for success. Listening to their ideas and vision for a project is key to delivering a product that conveys the message they desire to communicate.

With over twelve years of media design experience I understand how important the designer/client relationship is. I strive to make each of my clients feel like they are my only client. Whether I am working on a single business card design project that will only take a few hours or a long-term multi-year relationship spanning multiple projects. Each client is unique & should be treated that way.
